I can't say enough about Les Sugar and Rose City Motel.

If you are looking for a beautiful, yet quiet place look no further. Les is a beautiful person.

If passing through Warwick and looking for somewhere. Rose City Motel is the place.

My family stayed there for 5 nights and they were so happy with this place. The room was spotless, the pool was sparkling clean, and Les was so helpful!

It's very convenient as it's close to everything. My family really enjoyed their stay and will stay there next time they come back to Warwick. There is even a bucket with a squeegee and clean water to clean your windscreen! Very thoughtful.

Les was very friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable, the room was very clean and had everything you need.

I traveled with my dog and she loved the grassed outdoor area provided for the dogs to run around and explore. Lovely Relaxed atmosphere with a great BBQ area and crystal clear pool. I’ll definitely be back!

The new bed linen was exceptional as was the very clean (no mould) bathroom.

I liked the way cutlery and cups were put in little packets, so we knew they were clean. Unfortunately, the air con was too noisy for us at night. We just opened the windows. Lovely and cool overnight.

I was very comfortable in the bed in our room.

We really appreciated that our small pet dogs were allowed to stay, and there was some lawn area to let them investigate.

The Country Rose Motel is friendly, provides great hospitality, and is definitely more than just a place to sleep. Les Sugars, the Motel owner, was very helpful and attentive and went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable.

The Room was clean, and spacious, and had a comfortable bed with crisp bed sheets. The bathroom and kitchenette had plenty of essentials and everything we needed. The Motel also offers a BBQ, salt water pool, and parking in front of your room. It has everything you need to feel at home. We will definitely stay again.

This family motel looks like the norm from the outside. Then you meet your host and talk about making you feel welcome, as a single woman travelling alone and staying for an extended time, not once did I feel insecure or vulnerable, this host makes sure his guests are safe.

The quality of bedding, linen etc were new and extra comfortable, loads of strong hot water, new window dressing and furniture. Smart TV and of course a great little webber BBQ area next to the pool, which I took full advantage of. When I got a flat tyre, my host drove me to work, arranged the tyre repair (at an excellent price) then picked me up from work put the spare tyre on etc. I did not have to think about it, Les just sorted it out. And on top of all this, the place was spotless! Thank you Les

A beautiful place to stay. The room was incredibly clean and the bed was the best bed I’ve slept in other than my own!

Les the owner was the kindest and most accommodating person! He would get 10 stars if I could give it.

There is a beautiful BBQ area & gardens. If ever I need to stay over in Warwick, this is where I will stay.

Great host Les SUGARS. Very obliging. I left a bag behind, Les rang me and said he would post it in a parcel and pick up the cost!! Package arrived less that 24 hours after I got home!!!

Everything was perfect, down to little biscuits, brand new beds, immaculate rooms, use of a lovely bbq, well maintained gardens and the owner so curtious. Thank you.

You can tell when places take pride in what they do. Les at the Country Rose is the ultimate host and clearly loves his motel and treats his customers with 5 star service. Super clean. Super friendly. Just book it.
